Membership of Inspiring to Inspire (Primary Maths) is maintained by payment of a subscription which allows access to all available primary maths website pages. It also allows parents to receive individual homework help from emailed questions and an instant messaging service.

All subscriptions are for the use of the subscribing individual and their household using their registered email address and password. Sharing of accounts is not permitted. This user authority is for non-professional users for home use with their own family only. The subscriber undertakes to prevent their email address and password being used by other individuals and will take reasonable steps to ensure the email address and password is kept safe, for example by always logging out when using a shared computer. Misuse of our system will result in termination of membership. Only one registration per person/household is permitted.

Subscriptions are for a period of one year as stated at the time of payment and are non-refundable

We reserve the right to change the price of the subscription at any time. All transactions are performed in GB pounds (£). Confirmation of payment is from Stripe.

Normally, access is provided immediately following completion of the on-line payment process. However, it is possible that in some circumstances, for technical or other reasons, a delay may be experienced.

A personal subscription is designed for parents at home. We reserve the right to suspend any subscription where unauthorised use occurs i.e. if parents share their login details with unauthorised users.

Recurring Payments - Annual Subscriptions

By agreeing to pay by Stripe account for the annual subscription you are agreeing to allow Stripe to take subsequent annual subscription payments automatically without further notification.

Cancellation of Subscription - Stripe

Use your Stripe account to cancel your subscription. Inspiring to Inspire is unable to cancel you subscription as the subscription is an agreement between you and Stripe

When your Stripe annual subscription is cancelled your membership of Inspiring to Inspire (Primary Maths) will continue up to the subscription anniversary date.

Refund Policy

EU regulation states that customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 7 days with the exception of services that start before this cooling off period. Membership of Inspiring to Inspire (Primary Maths) is a service which provides immediate access to all on-line content so you are not entitled to a refund after the service has started. Refunds will not be made when recurring subscriptions are paid in accordance with the agreement with Stripe.
